Payments and Scheduling

Payment must be made at least 24 hours before a session.

You can choose to pay for single sessions or in bulk payments.

The tuition sessions will last for 60 minutes and will occur weekly on the same day and time each week, unless otherwise agreed.

If your child is late for a session, the session will still finish at the previously agreed time and the fee will remain the same.

Failure to pay for sessions will result in the termination of sessions.

If you wish to cancel a session, please let me know as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours. In this circumstance, if you have already paid for your session, you may wish to reschedule or request for a refund.

In case of an emergency if I need to cancel a session I will try my utmost best to give you 24 hours notice or as soon as possible. In this circumstance, if you have already paid for your session, you may reschedule or request for a refund.

I will give you notice of any holidays I have.

Please note that I will not be able to hold a tuition space for you if you miss 3 sessions without contacting me.
