I provide help and support to students who are new into the country and have English as an additional language. To help these students in their English and Maths lessons so that they eventually become confident in their understanding. I work one-to-one with students in order for them to progress at their own pace. In addition to this, I work in the EAL department, where I help with admin work such as typing up minutes from our team meetings and assisting with arranging our individual timetables. Alongside the above, I work collaboratively with members of staff from other teams, to make sure we offer the best school experience for our students.

To book a quick discussion, simply select the button below and choose a date and time that suits you.
Do you follow any policies for safeguarding children?
Safeguarding children is my uttermost importance. We understand that sometimes private tutors play a significant role in a child’s life so we take extra measures to protect the child.
I am CPD-certified which ensures that I have the correct training and policies in place. I make sure that I stay up-to-date with the governmental legislation by regularly reviewing the policies and undergoing training.
To find out more, please book a call with me and I will be happy to help you.
What subjects do you cover?
Only Maths. I specialise in maths as this has been my sole focus in my education which has allowed me to obtain a master’s degree in maths.
Within maths, I cover all the curriculum taught in primary schools, Key Stage 1, 2 and 3. I teach the full curriculum for GCSE and the first year of A-Levels (AS Level).
Which students do you accept?
Any student that wants to learn Key Stage 1, 2, 3, GCSE and A-Levels.
What will you teach?
This depends on you. In our discussion, we want to understand what you need help with. This could be the full year’s curriculum or it might be a certain topic or it could be you just need help with some homework.
Once I have this information, I will create a plan for the student which will outline the topics we going to cover, the number of sessions needed and any additional work required.
Do you do face-to-face tutoring?
No, unfortunately. Travel times and costs will have a negative impact on the student and myself. By performing a maths tuition class remotely I can ensure I provide the best service at all times.
